TALES OF NATURE is a double width, semi-transparent fabric made of 100% hemp fibre which is available in 6 colours. A natural stone wall forms the inspiration for this fine jacquard weave. The different transparencies are created by long floats and the Ajour weaving technique. The fabric is yarn dyed, which creates a slightly multi-coloured structure. It has a soft yet dry touch and a soft flowing drape. Hemp yarn (similar to linen) varies in thickness and is a natural feature of the material.
