Karakol is a knitted upholstery fabric that feels and looks like sheepskin. The Norwegian wool used is mulesing-free. The abstract, multicolored pattern, inspired by knotted carpets, is created using a jacquard weaving technique. The knitting technique creates areas with and without pile, forming diamond shapes. Karakol is stretchy across the width of the fabric due to the knitting technique, making it suitable for upholstering round shapes. The reverse side is coated with thermosetting resin to ensure dimensional stability. Karakol is available in 2 colorways.
