This exquisite fabric, Lyon, in double width is a textile masterpiece. Deeply rooted in the rich textile history of Lyon, the classic motif is inspired by a design from the 1700’s. The fabric is very contemporary in its weaving techniques, though, with the expert use of warp shading in a degradè and a thermo-retractable shrink yarn that raises the design in relief to the base cloth. Christian Fischbacher’s Lyon is available in five classically inspired colourways from the 18° century: three light shades and two on the gold base cloth.
