V-ZUG Studio
Zurich Design Week is almost here, and we’re excited to share some big news!
Since May Fischbacher 1819 has had a dedicated space inside the renewed V-ZUG Studio in the heart of the city, a place where our textiles meet V-ZUG’s world of innovation. This September, the space takes on a new dimension.Together with the design studio BUREAU, we’ve created an installation exploring circularity and recycling, rethinking how design and textiles can meet in new, thoughtful ways.
V-ZUG and Fischbacher 1819, each with a strong commitment to innovation and research, are on the same wavelength when it comes to sustainability. We believe it begins at the design stage whether creating a kitchen appliance or a textile: sustainability is built into the concept from the start. With this shared mindset, we have worked on aesthetics as well as functionality. At the V-ZUG Studio, you’ll be able to sit, move, touch, and truly experience the result of this collaboration.
The installation will be unveiled starting from 4 September, designed for the occasion of Zurich Design Week (4–14 September). And the experience doesn’t end there the set up will remain at the V-ZUG Studio, Uraniastrasse 40, Zurich, for you to visit even after the event.
